THIS BADGE CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO ANY ADDRESS IN NEW YORK CITY OR STATE!!

I'm not sure about this badge and therefore it is being listed as a second or a repro.

I was told by the original owner that this shield was made as a second. It appears to be a die-stamped badge. The reason I am not sure about it is that it has obviously been re-plated and is not made from the nickel composite that I am accustomed to in NYPD shields. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding the badge but I don't know much more than what the listing says.
