Great looking, New York City Marine & Aviation Police NYC badge set. This silver breast badge is lug backed, custom die, raised lettering and NYC seal in the die. Hat badge is a standard NYCPD with the same ##. The M&A Police were disbanded in the early 1980's. Rare set, not often seen. Only one badge set in this auction is for sale. This badge will look great in your collection and for many more days behind glass being displayed.
I also fix and repair findings on badges. From pin joint stems, burgess catches and screwposts and anti-spin pins. I can fix them all. Many collections recently released and broken up contain badges missing findings with 2 holes drilled for mounting purposes. I can plug these holes too. I can outsource gold and silver plating as well but the turn around time is a bit longer. Repairs can usually be done with a 1 week turn around time. Contact me for an estimate.
