Once a year, the Virginia State Capitol Police issues new badges to all of its officers. The old ones are turned in when the new ones are issued. These are the badges that were worn on duty last year and were turned in. They are being offered at an unbelievable low price for an issued and very collectible badge.

Silver-tone, eagle-top shield measures 3 ¼ inches from top to bottom. Very good condition. All are hallmarked Blackinton.
