Sorry but I can't recommend. I bought what was advertised as a Jacket badge in the breast badge category and received a 1.5" mini lapel pin. I don't believe he did it intentionally however he claimed there was no mini category with which to list (there is) His bad attitude and lack of customer service after the sale is what earned him this rating. He refused to allow me to return for a refund and told me to take five dollars or he is done with me. It took the site administrator to interceed. If not for the administrator this would have been a bad first purchase experience. I'm sure he will feel the need to retaliate with negative feed but that only confirms what I have said about his attitude and lack of customer service. |
